About Michelle
This book is where I start the conversation.
I grew up on a farm and have spent my life around living things: bees, soil, ferments, farm animals, wild plants, and mushrooms.
That shaped how I see food. Not as a trend or a wellness fix, but as something alive that either helps the body or works against it.
My hope is simple. You read this book and stop outsourcing your food. You start asking questions: Where your food came from, how it was grown, and what it’s doing inside your body. You start paying attention to your poop too, yes, your poop. Is it floating? Sinking? Soft? Hard? Because when enough of us start paying attention to what goes in and what comes out, we stop blindly trusting the system and start taking our health back.
